What is included in my inspection?
I check all major systems including the foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical, as well as the full interior and exterior of the home. You will know exactly what is happening with your potential home.
How long will it take?
Most residential inspections take 3 to 4 hours. I take the time needed to be thorough. The size and the age of the home are the biggest factors into the time it will take to inspect.
What are your qualifications?
I'm a certified professional home inspector with 10+ years experience in construction and home maintenance. Educated and licensed by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Fully Insured for E&O.
